We ship through the certified service of the courier and transport company: Envialia.

Shipping conditions

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. Not including holidays.

Returns or exchanges of products in good condition and that do not have any printing problem are not allowed.

Refunds of reservations for workshops or courses.

No refunds will be made of total or partial paid reservations for workshops or courses. To receive a total or partial refund of a course, non-attendance must be communicated in writing to info@lagaleriaroja.com within 25 days of the start of the course or Workshop.

Shipments to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: € 10 (VAT included).

Shipments to the Canary Islands: from € 12 (VAT included).

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not part of the customs territory of the European Union. Shipments may present taxes and / or customs duties. The amount of the fees may vary depending on the weight / amount of the package.
